RETURNS POLICY OVERVIEW
Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your items.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our premium collections and protect against fraud, the following items cannot be returned:
- Limited Edition Drops and exclusive collaborations
- Footwear that shows signs of wear or has been tried on outside on hard surfaces
- Items from Premium Footwear and The Japan Edit collections that have had security tags removed
- Any item that does not meet our condition requirements
Note: Due to the exclusive nature of limited edition streetwear releases, these items are final sale to ensure authenticity and prevent reseller abuse.
EXCHANGES
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 15-day window and condition requirements as returns.
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead and notify you when your desired item is back in stock.
STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Submit Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization & Shipping Label
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label if your return is approved. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package your items in the original packaging, include the original invoice, and attach the provided shipping label. Drop your package at any authorized DHL or FedEx location.
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after shipment), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We support refunds through all our payment partners: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
As a global streetwear destination serving customers worldwide (excluding certain Asian countries and remote locations), we’ve streamlined our international returns process:
- Prepaid return labels provided for all authorized returns
- No additional customs fees for returns
- Same 15-day return window applies globally
- Refunds processed in your original currency
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
